The Funtrench School Management System is an integrated school management solution
that does everything from student and staff management to report form preparation and
accounting functions. The system can be customized to each school's particular needs.
The Funtrench School Management System has the following standard features:
- Student records management - maintain records of all students past and present in a secure database, with functionality for printing class lists, registers, student profile and statistics.
- Staff records management - maintain records of all staff past and present in a secure database, with functionality for printing staff lists, registers, staff profile and statistics.
- Timetable management - create, edit and manage timetables with the option of printing
- Authentication - system login for principal, class teachers, subject teachers, parents and secretaries with custom data access levels (permissions). Either password security or biometric fingerprint login.
- Notifications - updates pertaining to students are sent as email to parents when requested or when necessary. This keeps parents always up to date with fees balances, discipline issues and performance - directly from the school.
- Library management - manage library inventory, borrowing and returning, fines and book conditions.
- Class management - maintain records of a class, analyze performance and maintain a class profile. Performance graphs and charts options available.
- Grades management - set a grading system and automatically grade students per subject and on automatically computed overall term marks. The system will automatically rank students in class and in the stream, plus have capacity to generate performance reports.
- Exam generation - enter hundreds of questions and have the system automatically generate an exam paper by random picking of the questions categorized by section.
